The beginner's football course is designed for newcomers and aims to help them acquire the basic knowledge and skills of football. The course will start with theoretical knowledge about the origin and development of football, allowing students to have a preliminary understanding of the sport. Then, it will focus on teaching basic techniques, such as passing, including different parts of the body for passing (like the inside of the foot, the outside of the foot, etc.) and their respective techniques; dribbling, explaining how to control the direction and speed of the ball and avoid defenders; and shooting, providing guidance on aspects such as strength and angle. Simultaneously, simple competitive training will be arranged to cultivate students' teamwork awareness, stimulate their interest in football, and lay a foundation for further learning.

Football Culture and Spirit
This section introduces the spiritual connotations of football, such as teamwork, perseverance, and never giving up, as well as the cultural phenomena formed by football worldwide, such as famous football events and club culture. This stimulates trainees' sense of identification and belonging to football culture.
